We've gotten news today that Region 3 is already accepting applicants for Nurse Deployment Project 2015.
According to a reliable source, the Provincial Health Team Offices as well as the DOH Regional Office 3 opened their doors for applicants yesterday (November 24, 2014). Here are the requirements if you are planning to apply:
- Application Letter
- Updated Resume / Personal Data Sheet (Download here)
- Nurse Deployment Application form (Download here)
- Photocopy of PRC Board Exam Rating
- Photocopy of PRC Card ( Back to Back)
- Photocopy of Training and Work Experience Certificate/s

We also heard that the examination for successful applicants will start next week. For Nueva Ecija, the schedule is on December 3, 2014 at 9 o'clock in the morning until eleven o'clock. There are 46 slots allotted for the above mentioned province.

Pampanga/Tarlac (1:30-3:30PM)
Dec. 4- Bulacan (9-11AM)
Aurora/Zambales (1:30-3:30PM)
