Last February 12-14, 2012, Philhealth accepted 23,000 online applicants for their program called Philhealth Customer Assistance, Relations and Empowerment Staff [CARES]. The following weeks after that, shortlisted applicants were interviewed and were given exams. Last March, they already released an update as follows:
